Notice the right wing is much lower than the left wing. About 7 years ago, the wing was injured. A veterinarian said, “we must amputate the wing, it will never heal, she will never fly again." Well, it took a couple of years, but Wendy learned to become a fabulous flyer again. Wendy was a hand-fed baby and given a female name before the colors indicated Wendy was a male.
